摘    要:内镜下标记是目前常用的消化道病灶定位方法之一。内镜下纳米炭注射标记技术有定位准确、效果确切、不易消退、安全性好的优点,但应用效果与操作技术明显相关。随着该方法的推广使用,其操作技术亟待规范。为提高消化内镜下纳米炭注射标记的操作质量,由中华医学会消化内镜学分会牵头,邀请国内相关领域专家对国内外有关文献和应用经验进行检索、讨论,制定本操作专家共识,内容涵盖内镜下纳米炭注射标记的器械及染色剂准备、适应证、禁忌证、操作方法和流程及并发症防治等方面。

Abstract:Endoscopic tattooing is one of the commonly used methods for localization of lesions in the digestive tract. Endoscopic nanocarbon tattooing has many advantages including accurate localization, definite efficacy, slow fading and good safety. However, its effectiveness is significantly associated with the technique and procedure of operation. With the application of endoscopic nanocarbon tattooing ,the procedure technique is in urgent need of regulation. To improve the procedure standard of endoscopic nanocarbon tattooing, Chinese Society of Digestive Endoscopology invited domestic digestive endoscopic experts to search and discuss the relevant literature and application experience at home and abroad, and develop this consensus on preparation of devices and dyes, indications, contraindications, operating methods, procedure and complications of endoscopic nanocarbon tattooing.
