HIV感染者/AIDS患者CD4+细胞计数与机会性感染对应关系的临床分析

摘    要:目的 通过临床病例分析,观测CD4^+细胞计数对机会性感染的预示作用。方法 分析了176例艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的CD4^+细胞计数与机会性感染并发症的对应关系。结果 发现在CD4^+细胞计数<200个/mm^3的114例HIV感染者/AIDS患者中,有53例发生了多种机会性感染,其发生比例为46.5%;而CD4^+细胞计数>200个/mm^3的62例患者中,只有2例发生了机会性感染,其发生比例为3.2%。结论 不同水平的CD4^+细胞计数,机会性感染的发生几率不同,两者有着非常密切的关系。因而CD4^+细胞计数作为开展机会性感染预防的参照指标,对于提高HIV感染者/AIDS患者的生活质量有着很重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To observe CD~+_4 cell counts' prognostic function in predicting opportunistic infections by analyzing clinical cases;Methods The correlations between CD~+_4 cell counts and opportunistic infections were analyzed among 176 cases of HIV/AIDS.Results Among 114 patients with CD~+_4 cell counts below 200 cells/mm~3,53 had multiple opportunistic infections(46.5%);however,among 62 patients with CD~+_4 cell counts greater than 200 cells/mm~3,only 2 had opportunistic infections(3.2%).Conclusion Since the incidence rate of opportunistic infections varies with different levels of CD~+_4 cell counts,CD~+_4 cell counts can act as a reference indicator in the prevention of opportunistic infections and therefore may help improve the quality of life for people iving with HIV/AIDS.
