| 摘 要： | 目的 分析及评价广东省的HIV/AIDS监测系统。方法 分析全省的常规和哨点监测资料。结果 该省HIV/AIDS疫情已进入快速增长期,其主要传播途径为静脉吸毒。结论 整个监测系统起到了掌握疫情动态、预测疫情发展趋势及为我省制定HIV/AIDS防制规划提供依据和评价防制措施效果的作用。但该系统仍存在不合理的布局、采样时间和样本量不合理的一面。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and evaluate the HIV/AIDS surveillance system of Guangdong Province. Methods The routine and sentinel surveillance data were analyzed. Results The rapidly increasing phase of HIV pandemic in Guangdong Province had been approaching, and the major risk factor of HIV infection had been identified to come from sharing injecting equipment that contains contaminated blood. Conclusion The surveillance system employed provides better insight into understanding HIV/AIDS epidemic, forecasting the trend of HIV/AIDS prevalence, making out the program of HIV/ AIDS prevention and control as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the program of HIV/AIDS prevention and control; also, it carries the inherent limitations such things as irrational distribution of sentinel sites and inappropriate time and size of collecting samples. |
