高海拔地区艾滋病合并肺部感染10例临床分析

目的探讨艾滋病（AIDS）合并肺部感染的临床特点。方法回顾性分析青海大学附属医院和青海省传染病院各5例艾滋病合并肺部感染的患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果10例患者中男性6例，女性4例，平均年龄31岁。感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）途径主要是经输血和性传播。10例患者中合并卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎3例（好转2例，死亡1例），肺结核3例（好转2例，死亡1例），真菌性肺炎2例（好转1例，死亡1例），细菌性肺炎2例（好转）。结论肺部感染是艾滋病常见的机会性感染，其临床表现及对药物治疗的反应和预后均与一般肺部感染有所不同，因此了解艾滋病合并肺部感染的临床特点及影像特征，对艾滋病患者的早诊断、早治疗具有重要意义。

Clinical analysis of ten cases of AIDS complicated with lung infections in areas at a high elevation

Objective To evaluate clinical features of AIDS patients complicated with lung infections.Methods Ten cases of AIDS complicated with lung infections were retrospectively analyzed,five of whom were from our hosptial and the other five were from the Qinghai Provincial Hospital for Infectious Diseases,and related literatures were reviewed.Results Of the 10 cases 6 were male(60%) and 4 were female (40%),with the mean age of 31 years,and the main routes of their HIV infection were blood transfusion (50%) and sexual contact(40%).The AIDS patients were susceptible to bacterial infections.In the ten cases,3 cases were complicated with PCP,3 with pulmonary tuberculosis.3 with fungous pneumonia,and 2 with bacterial pneumonia.Conclusion PCP infection is the most frequent opportunistic infection in AIDS patients.The clinical features,responses to treatment and the prognosis are all different from ordinary lung infections.It is important to understand the clinical features and radiological imaging of AIDS patients complicated with pulmonary infections for their early diagnosis and treatment.
