| 摘 要： | 对202名深圳市15家宾馆、桑拿按摩室、发廊和歌舞厅等公共场所服务人员进行艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查研究.结果表明:62.5%～100%的服务员了解艾滋病的主要传播途径,但艾滋病的预防知识缺乏;对HIV感染者和AIDS病人的态度呈现多种复杂心理,35.7%～70.6%的服务员害怕或不愿与HIV感染者和AIDS病人接触;有相当一部分人的性道德观念(如婚前性行为、多性伴和婚外恋等)正发生较大变化,并趋于模糊或混乱;少数发廊和歌舞厅服务员承认有吸毒、同性恋、多性伴等与艾滋病病毒传播有关的高危行为.

| Abstract: | We administered a questionnaire to 202 service people from hotel, massage room, barbershop and dancing hall in Shenzhen. The results showed that 62.5%-100% among them know the main AIDS transmission routes, but lack of knowledge about AIDS prevention. Many people stated a lot of mixed psychology to HIV infected people and AIDS patients, 35.7%-70.6% of whom hated or feared to contact patients with HIV/AIDS. The sexual morality ideas (premarital sex, multi-sexual partners and postmerital love, etc) among some people had been changed and confused. In particular, some high risk behaviors such as drug abuse, homosexuality and multi-sexual partners associated with HIV/AIDS transmission were found in some service people from barbershop and dancing hall. |
