| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析北京地坛医院收治的257例艾滋病(AIDS)病人机会性感染的总体情况,进一步了解机会性感染的致病谱。方法对该院2006年以来收治的257例AIDS病人,就机会性感染的总体情况,分别从流行病学、临床症状和体征、实验室及影像学检查结果、免疫水平进行综合分析。结果呼吸系统机会性感染发生比例为65.25%,主要表现为肺部感染(细菌性、病毒性、真菌性),肺结核、卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(PCP)等;消化系统机会性感染的发生比例为40.47%,主要为口腔真菌感染、巨细胞病毒(CMV)肠炎、霉菌性食道炎等;神经系统机会性感染的发生比例为9.34%,主要为隐球菌脑膜炎、进行性多病灶脑白质病、细菌性中枢神经系统感染等;其他部位机会性感染的发生比例为30.35%,主要为CMV视网膜炎、淋巴结结核、带状疱疹等。结论呼吸系统和消化系统是AIDS病人发生机会性感染的常见部位,其次是神经系统和全身性。而细菌性肺部感染、结核病、CMV感染、PCP、真菌感染,是AIDS病人主要就诊和住院的机会性感染。
