暴露于HIV/AIDS后的危险评估及暴露后双汰芝的应用

目的 探讨暴露于艾滋病病毒(HIV)／艾滋病(AIDS)后的危险程度及双汰芝应用的有效性、安全性。为从事HIV／AIDS防治工作的人员提供帮助和信息。方法 分析7例暴露后的处理过程和监测结果，并结合有关文献进行复习。结果 7例暴露后均服用双汰芝1个月，监测随访6个月表明：服用双汰芝均有不同程度的消化道症状，无骨髓抑制现象和皮疹发生，是安全的；在6个月随访结束时均末发生血清阳转，是有效的。结论 暴露的情况不同，发生感染的几率不同，暴露后的正确处理可有效地降低暴露后HIV／AIDS的发生率，但是最重要的是使暴露危险降到最低。

HIV/AIDS post-exposure risk evaluation and post-exposure prophylaxis(PEP)with Combivir

Objective To evaluate the risk of post-exposure to HIV/AIDS and the efficacy and safety of Combivir and to provide relevant information for health workers.Methods We analysed course of the management and the results of surveillance among 7 victims after exposure to HIV/AIDS and reviewed some literature data.ResultsThe 7 victims took Combivir for one month and were followed up for six months.The results of surveillance indicated that the primary side effects of Combivir were gastro-intestinal intolerance.No bone marrow suppression or rash appeared;neither seroconversion was observed.Conclusion Under different exposure conditions,the HIV infection rate is different. Given suitable PEP,the HIV infection rate could be decreased evidently.It was most important that dangerous exposure should be minimized.
