摘    要:在SD大鼠以胰胆管结扎法建立急性胰腺炎模型,在急性胰腺炎大鼠胰岛β细胞神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOs)表达和血清一氧化氮(N0)水平下降,血清葡萄糖和淀粉酶水平升高,提示急性胰腺炎时内分泌紊乱可能与胰岛β细胞nNOS表达下调有关。

Abstract:The model of acute pancreatitis was established in SD rats by ligating pancreatic and bile duct. The expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) and the level of serum nitric oxide were decreased and the levels of serum glucose and amylase were increased in the rats with acute pancreatitis, suggesting that endocrine disturbance in the rats with acute pancreatitis is related to down-regulation of nNOS expression.
