糖尿病微血管病相关蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:糖尿病微血管病是多因素协同作用导致的糖尿病常见慢性并发症,单纯纠正高血糖不能完全预防糖尿病微血管病变发生和阻止其发展进程,针对病理机制进行干预和治疗是必要的。本文对已发现与糖尿病微血管病发生和发展相关的多种蛋白进行综述,为筛选糖尿病微血管病的早期诊断和病因治疗靶向因子提供基础。

Abstract:Diabetic microangiopathy is one of the most common chronic diabetic complications, which is associated with the genetic predispositions and environmental factors. Well-controlled blood glucose alone can not reduce the morbility or prevent the process of diabetic microangiopathy. The therapy aiming at the pathogenesis is an urgent request. The various proteins related to the development and progression of diabetic microangiopathiy were reviewed, aiming at providing the potential target for early diagnosis and efficient therapy.
