杜氏利什曼原虫感染小鼠脾细胞增殖反应抑制机理的初步探讨

摘    要:以杜氏利什曼原虫直接感染的C_(57)BL/6小鼠与免疫后再感染的同种小鼠,观察其脾细胞增殖反应,白细胞介素2活性及感染恢复期小鼠的脾细胞增殖反应的抑制指数并进行比较,结果表明感染小鼠的细胞免疫抑制与白细胞介素2水平降低及抑制性T细胞的增多有关,而不是由于白细胞介素2受体的缺乏所致。免疫因素可以通过提高机体的白细胞介素2水平,调节T淋巴细胞亚群的比例而有效地提高感染小鼠的细胞免疫水平。

Abstract:In this study, C57BL / 6 mice were used to study the mechanism of the suppression of the spleenocyte proliferation of the mice infected with Leishmania donovani. By observing and comparing the spleenocyte proliferation and interleukin-2 level, and the shortlife suppressor T cells' content during the recovering stage of the infected mice and the mice preimmunized with freeze-melted promastigotes, BCG living vaccine and the complex of the two, it was found that the suppression of the cellular immune of the mice infected with Leishmania donovani was subjected to the low production of interleukin-2 and the increase of the shortllife suppressor T cells, but not Contributed to the lack of interleukin-2 receptors. The immune factors discribed above could effectively improve the cell-mediated immunity of the infected mice by increasing the interleukin-2 level and regulating the subpopulations of T lymphocytes.
