Abstract:This report describes the management of a 47‐year‐old patient with Ebstein's anomaly and severe right ventricular dysfunction. Her complicated postoperative course is discussed. In addition, age‐related differences in the hemodynamic response to a one‐and‐one‐half ventricle repair are reviewed.
