| 摘 要： | 1995年世界卫生组织（WHO）／国际心脏病学会联合会（ISFC）将心肌病定义为伴心功能不全的心肌疾病，分为原发性和继发性二类。原发性心肌病包括扩张型心肌病（DCM）、肥厚型心肌病（HCM）、致心律失常性右室心肌病（ARVC）、限制型心肌病（RCM）和未定型心肌病。十年来，该定义和分类被临床和病理医生广泛接受和应用。1999年11月中华心血管病杂志发表心肌炎和心肌病会议讨论纪要建议我国临床医师采用上述标准。 |
