尘肺患者肺段灌洗治疗的临床疗效观察

目的观察尘肺合并感染患者支气管肺段灌洗治疗的临床疗效。方法选择60例急性期尘肺患者，随机分为实验组（30例）和对照组（30例）。两组同等病情住院期间接受常规基础治疗（吸氧、抗感染、止咳祛痰、氨茶碱解痉平喘）。实验组在基础治疗外加用支气管肺段灌洗治疗，设计疗程为单个治疗疗程。观察两组患者支气管镜检结果、肺功能各参数值变化，并作统计学分析。结果实验组患者自觉症状、支气管镜检结果、肺功能各参数指标与对照组比较有明显差异性（P〈0．05），且无明显不良反应。结论尘肺患者支气管肺段灌洗治疗能有效改善尘肺急性加重期患者临床疗效指标，提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation of pneumoconiosis patients with lung lavage therapy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pneumoconiosis patients complicated with infection with bronchopulmonary lavage therapy.Methods 60 cases of acute stage patients with pneumoconiosis,were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).Two groups of the same illness during hospitalization received conventional treatment(oxygen,resistance to infection,cough expectorant,aminophylline antispasmodic).The experimental group having the individual bronchial lung lavage treatment in addition to basic treatment.The bronchoscopy results,lung function parameters were observed,and it was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the patients symptoms,bronchoscopy findings,pulmonary function parameters have obvious difference(P<0.05),and no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Pneumoconiosis patients with bronchopulmonary lavage therapy results in improvement of clinical parameters and patients quality of life.
