虚拟现实技术辅助胸部战创伤分级救治模式

基于现代战争胸部外伤伤情特点和战伤分级救治理论,本文提出利用虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)辅助建立胸部战伤分级救治模式。VR具有提供沉浸式和交互式体验、规避安全风险等优势,利用VR设计个性化胸部战伤案例,在分级救治不同的阶段对伤情评估、诊断和处置进行培训和考核,更有利于提高野战条件下战士及卫生人员综合救治能力。但VR的发展和应用仍存在诸多挑战,要实现理想的虚拟现实效果,为传统战伤救治技能培训和实战救治提供辅助,VR要集成发展,并与其他技术的融合。

Echelon treatment training model in battlefield thoracic Injuries applying virtual reality technology

Based on the characteristics of thoracic injuries in modern warfare and the principle of grading treatment strategies,this paper proposed to apply virtual reality technology to establish a thoracic trauma echelon treatment model.Virtual reality technology has the advantages of providing immersive and interactive experience,avoiding security risks and so on.It can be used in designing typical thoracic injury cases,training and evaluating injury assessment,diagnosis and treatment at different stages of grading treatment.It helps to improve the comprehensive treatment ability of soldiers and health personnel under battlefield conditions.However,there are still many challenges in the development and application of virtual reality technology.In order to achieve the ideal virtual effect and provide assistance for traditional combat wound treatment skills training and actual combat treatment practice,virtual reality technology should be integrated and combined with other technologies.
