静脉注射丙种球蛋白对新生儿肺炎的影响研究

摘    要:目的探究静脉注射丙种球蛋白对新生儿肺炎的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年10月-2019年2月期间本院接诊的88例患有新生儿肺炎的新生儿为本次调研的研究样本,随机分为对照(常规抗感染)与试验(对照组上静脉注射丙种球蛋白)两组。对比两组新生儿的疗效。结果经过数据处理分析得知,添加使用丙种球蛋白的试验组新生儿在治疗有效率优于对照组新生儿(P <0.05);治疗后经过对新生儿免疫功能检测,试验组新生儿的IgG、IgA、IgM免疫功能指标均要优于对照组新生儿(P <0.05)。讨论在新生儿肺炎的治疗中,通过添加使用丙种球蛋白可以提高新生儿的免疫功能以及抵抗能力,有效的促进了新生儿肺炎的痊愈。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravenous gamma globulin on neonatal pneumonia and its influence on immune function. Methods 88 neonates with pneumonia from October 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: control group(routine anti-infection) and control group(superior intravenous gamma globulin). The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results Data processing analysis showed that the treatment efficiency of neonates in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the immune function indexes of neonates in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal pneumonia, the use of gamma globulin can improve the immune function and resistance of neonates, and effectively promote the recovery of neonatal pneumonia.
