地中海贫血孕妇产前诊断的护理效果评价

目的研究地中海贫血孕妇实施产科综合护理模式的护理配合措施及效果。方法选择78例于我院检查地中海贫血孕妇,纳入时间为2017年5月-2018年5月,采用随机数字表法将其分为综合护理组与对照组,每组均39例。其中对照组采用常规护理形式,综合护理组行产科综合护理模式,对比综合护理组与对照组护理前后心理状态评估指标及家属的护理满意度。结果护理前综合护理组与对照组患者心理状态评估指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组(76.92%)相比,护理后综合护理组焦虑指标、抑郁指标更低,综合护理组孕妇及家属的护理满意度(94.87%)较高(P<0.05)。结论通过综合护理模式可提升地中海贫血孕妇护理满意度,并改善其心理状态。

Nursing Effect Evaluation of Prenatal Diagnosis of Thalassemia in Pregnant Women

Objective To study the nursing coordination measures and effects of obstetric comprehensive nursing mode in pregnant women with thalassemia.Methods 78 pregnant women with thalassemia who were examined in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Among them,the reference group adopted the conventional nursing form,the experimental group received obstetric comprehensive nursing mode,and compared the psychological state evaluation index and nursing satisfaction of the family members before and after the nursing of the two groups.Results There was no difference in the psychological status assessment indicators between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with the control group(76.92%),the anxiety index and depression index of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of pregnant women and their families in the experimental group was higher(94.87%).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model can improve nursing satisfaction of pregnant women with thalassemia and improve their psychological state.
