阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑血栓的疗效

目的探讨分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙在脑血栓治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取自2017年6月-2018年6月本院收治的80例脑血栓患者为观察对象,应用数字随机法将其分为两组,即对照组(n=40)与联合组(n=40),对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较观察两组间患者在治疗后的疗效。结果两组患者经治疗后,其中联合组治疗效果相比对照组更理想,且颈动脉斑块IMT数值低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对脑血栓患者给予阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,其临床疗效理想,可改善患者动脉粥样硬化情况,值得在临床中应用。

Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined With Atorvastatin Calcium in Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

Objective To probe into and analyze the clinical effect of aspirin combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis and who treated in our hospital from June,2017 to June,2018 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into two groups by using the digital random method,the control group(n = 40) and the combined group(n = 40).The control group were treated with aspirin,while the combined group were treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group.Then,the clinical effect of two groups after treatment were compared and observed. Results After treatment, the effect in the combined group was better than that in the control group, and the IMT value of carotid plaque was lower than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of aspirin combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients is ideal, which can improve the atherosclerosis of patients,thus it is worth applying in the clinical.
