Abstract:Objective To cultivate medical applied talents with clinical thinking,preliminary clinical skills and noble humanistic quality,so as to improve their clinical post competence.Methods 2019 clinical medical undergraduates were selected,through improving relevant clinical online teaching resources,theoretical teaching,strengthening clinical contact,and increasing offline flip teaching based on clinical cases;The anatomical operation of the experimental course is designed under the guidance of clinical surgery,and the link of making"small specimens"is added;The course Ideological and political education will run through the whole teaching process to realize"early clinical,multi clinical and repeated clinical".Results Students'learning behavior observed that students'enthusiasm and interest were enhanced.The results of questionnaire survey showed that students'satisfaction with the effect of clinical quality training was high.Conclusion The reform of regional anatomy based on clinical application ability in clinical medicine can improve students'humanistic quality,teaching effect satisfaction and the cultivation of students'clinical quality ability.
