翻转课堂教学法在《临床麻醉学》教学中的效果评估

摘    要:目的评估基于蓝墨云班课App的翻转课堂教学方法在《临床麻醉学》本科教学中的效果。方法随机抽取湖北医药学院麻醉学专业2017级本科学生119名,使用随机数字表法将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,试验组59名,对照组60名。选用人民卫生出版社出版,郭曲练,姚尚龙主编的第四版《临床麻醉学》作为教材进行教学。试验组采用基于蓝墨云班课App的翻转课堂教学方法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学。对比两组学生课前预习时间和对预习安排的满意度,比较两组学生课堂教学效果的差异,对比两组学生的最终理论和操作考核成绩。结果试验组的课前预习时间大于30分钟的人数和对预习安排满意的人数均多于对照组(P<0.05),试验组在对问题分析和解决的能力、团队互助的能力、动手操作的能力、师生沟通的程度、学习效率、对老师的满意度等方面的调查问卷评价中均优于传统组(P<0.05)。试验组的理论考试成绩和实践考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于蓝墨云班课App的翻转课堂教学方法改善了《临床麻醉学》的教学效果,提高了学生的教学满意度,促进了学生学习的积极性和学习效率,可作为一种新型的教学方法应用于《临床麻醉学》本科教学工作中。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the flipped classroom teaching method based on the Lanmo Yunban App in the teaching of Clinical Anesthesiology.Methods One hundred and nineteen undergraduate students were randomly selected from Hubei College of Medicine in the grade 2017 class of Anesthesiology Specialty,and the subjects were divided into an experimental group with 59 students and a control group with 60 students.The fourth edition of Clinical Anesthesiology,published by People's Health Publishing House,edited by Qulian Guo and Shang long Yao,was used as the teaching material.The experimental group was taught using the flipped classroom teaching method based on the Lanmo Yunban classroom App,while the control group was taught using traditional teaching methods.The two groups were compared in terms of their pre-class preparation time and satisfaction with the pre-class arrangement,the differences in classroom teaching effectiveness,and the final theoretical and practical assessment scores.Results The number of students in the experimental group who had more than 30 minutes of prestudy time and the number of students who were satisfied with the pre-study arrangement were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group outperformed the traditional group in the questionnaire evaluation of problem analysis and problem solving ability,team helping ability,hands-on ability,teacher-student communication,learning efficiency and teacher satisfaction(P<0.05).The theoretical and practical test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching method based on the Lanmo Yunban App improved the teaching effect of Clinical Anesthesiology,increased the students'teaching satisfaction,and promoted the students'enthusiasm and learning efficiency,which can be applied to the teaching of Clinical Anesthesiology as a new teaching method.
