| 摘 要： | 目的观察眼球摘除后羟基磷灰石植入物眼窝成形术的疗效。方法采用巩膜包埋羟基磷灰石植入物作为眼球摘除（或眼内容剜除）术后眼窝成形的填充物，观察５０例眼窝成形术的效果，其中自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石球一期植入术４１例，异体巩膜包裹二期植入术９例。结果患者均获得良好的义眼运动。随访７～２３个月（平均１５．６个月），未发现眶内感染、植入物排出和移位现象。术后并发症少，效果满意。结论羟基磷灰石适合于任何需要眶内植入的患者。

| Abstract: | Objictive To evaluate the clinical effect of a new surgical procedure to reconstruct socket with sclera encapsulated hydroxyapatite after enucleation and evisceration.Methods Hydroxya patite spheres were implanted primarily into auto sclera capsule in 41 cases.Secondary implantation was performed with heterosclera encapsulated ones in 9 cases.Results No inflammation,implant extrusion and implant dislocation occurred in 7-23 months ( mean=15.6 months) of follow up.Conclusion Satisfactory prothetic motility was obtained in all cases. |
