| 摘 要： | 目的改进眼球摘除术后的眼窝重建术，提高眼窝整形效果。方法将国产羟基磷灰石（ｈｙ－ｄｒｏｘｙａｐａｔｉｔｅ，ＨＡ）加工成多孔网眼状结构的填充球，包埋在巩膜壳内，植于眼窝中，并将眼外肌缝于巩膜壳上，制成可转动义眼座连体。临床用于矫正４３例眼球摘除术后的眼窝畸形患者。结果患者术后义眼活动自如，改善了眼窝塌陷外观。随访６～２４个月，未见填充球脱落、移位及异常眼眶炎症反应者。结论新型可转动义眼座连体是目前眼窝整形中可供选择的较佳材料之一。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveToimprovethesocketreconstructionafterenucleation.MethodsHydroxyapatite(HA,madeinChina)wasmadeintoaporousHAsphereandwrappedupinthescleralshelasamobileintegratedorbitalimplant.Itwasappliedto43patientswithenucleationandanophthalmi-a.Thesurgicaltechnipueisdescribed.ResultsAlsocketshavebeencorectedverywelandthepros-theticmobilityandthecosmeticappearanceareexcelent.Afterafolow-upof6to24months,nomigrationorextrusionoftheimplantorinfectionoccured.ConclusionItisconsideredthatatpre-sentthisnewmobileintegratedorbitalimplantismadeofoneofthebestmaterialsandthismethodofsocketreconstructionisoneofthebestmethodforselection. |
