大鼠外伤性PVR中胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组织化学观察

摘    要:对大鼠眼后段芽通伤所致的外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)形成过程中视网膜Muller细胞的胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫活性改变及神经胶质细胞移行分布进行动态观察。伤后3天,Muller细胞GFAP阳性染色开始增强;第7天,整个视网膜Muller细胞呈GFAP阳性着色;14天即可见有神经胶质细胞出现于视网膜前增生纤维组织中;第21及28天,在观网膜前及穿通伤口的增生纤维组织中可见大量视网膜神经胶质细胞存在,提示反应性星形胶质化是PVR的主要病变基础,是造成视网膜损害的重要原因。

Abstract:The dynamic changes of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP)immunoreactivity weredetermined on the rat retina with proliferative vitroretinopathy caused by penetrating injury on pos-terior segment of the eyeball.On the third day after insult,the Muller cell showed enhanced GFAPimmunoreactivity,while on the seventh day GFAP positive processes of Muller cells extended of thewhole thickness of the retina. Retinal glial cells appeared into the pre-retinal membrane and becameproliferated and GFAP positive from forteenth to twenty-eighth day, forming a pre-retinal glialfi-brous scar. The result suggests that reactive astrogliosisis the main event of proliferative vlt-roretinopathy and is the important cause of retinal damage.
