摘    要:对3~10岁的102例低体重儿和47例同龄正常体重儿进行了FERG检查.比较两组暗视视杆反应,暗视最大反应和明视视锥反应b波振幅,组间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05).与发育有关因素中,胎龄、年龄、和性别三因素可全部或部分进入多元回归方程,而出生体重因受胎龄影响,不能进入方程,但存在非线性相关关系.低体重儿视杆反应b波振幅随出生后的年龄增长还继续增大。提示必须注意对低体重儿的随访和早产低体重儿的后天发育。 (中华眼底病杂志,1995,11:151-154)

Abstract:F-ERGs were recorded from 102 low birth weight infants(LBWI)at 3~10 years and 47 normal birth weight infants(NBWI)at the same age-grade. The b-wave amplitudes of scotopic rod response.scotopic maximal response and photopic cone response were compared between the two groups,there were statistically significant differences between each response of two groups (P<0.05). To study the related factors of development,we analysed the multiple linear regression of the b-wave amplitudes of each response by gestational age,weight at birth,age and sex.The results showed that three factors of geslational age,age and sex could be put into the mukipe regression equation,but weight at birth couldn't enter the equation,because weight at birth was affected by gestational age.Perhapes there was none-linear regression between the b-wave amplitudes and weight at birth. The b-wave amplitudes of rod response in LBWI continued to increase as the age increased.Above all, results suggest that we must notice the follow-up in LBWI ,the postnatal development of LBWI especially.
