| 摘 要： | 原发性玻璃体视网膜淋巴瘤(PVRL)是原发性眼内淋巴瘤的主要类型。PVRL的临床表现隐匿,易被误诊为葡萄膜炎。PVRL的辅助诊断方法较多,均存在优势和局限性。与其他类型的眼内淋巴瘤比较,PVRL的复发率高,且患者生存期短,死亡率高。因此,提高PVRL诊断的准确性,优化患者的治疗方案显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Primary vitreoretinal lymphoma(PVRL)is the major type of intraocular lymphoma.The clinical manifestations of PVRL are insidious and easy to be misdiagnosed as uveitis.Many auxiliary diagnostic methods of PVRL have their advantages and limitations.Compared with other types of intraocular lymphoma,PVRL has a high recurrence rate,short survival and high mortality.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the accuracy of PVRL diagnosis and optimize the treatment strategy of PVRL. |
