| 摘 要： | 玻璃体腔注药是目前眼科最常用的治疗手段之一，操作简单，手术时间较短。但是对于注药前是否有必要进行散瞳国内尚未达成共识，为此我们进行了一项网络问卷调查，在参阅国外相关研究的基础上，就上述问题进行了讨论并提出我们的主张，玻璃体腔注药术前常规散瞳没有必要。

| Abstract: | Intravitreal injection is one of the most commonly used treatment methods in ophthalmology at present. It is easy to operate and has a shorter operation time. However, there is no consensus on whether it is necessary to dilate pupils before intravitreal injection. For this reason, we conducted an online questionnaire survey. On the basis of relevant research, we discussed the above issues and put forward our proposals. It is not necessary to dilate pupils before intravitreal injection. |
