新生血管性青光眼的治疗探讨

引起新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的病因多达40余种，主要有视网膜中央动、静脉阻塞、糖尿病性视网膜病变和眼部缺血综合征。在治疗上主要是阻止其继续进展，如果NVG继续发展将会导致视力丧失乃至失明。NVG的治疗主要包括对原发疾病的治疗、高眼压的控制和减少新生血管的生成。尽管多年来药物治疗和手术方式取得一定的进步，但仍然没有一种十分有效的治疗手段。

Treatment research of neovascular glaucoma

The cause of neovascular glaucoma (NVG) is concluded about more than 40 sorts of diseases. The most common diseases responsible for development of NVG are ischemic central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO), diabetic retinopathy and ocular ischemic syndrome. In the management strategy, the first priority should be to try to prevent its development by appropriate management of the causative diseases. If NVG develops, early diagnosis is crucial to reduce the extent of visual loss. Management of NVG primarily consists of controlling the high IOP by medical and/or surgical means to minimize the visual loss. Currently we still do not have a satisfactory means of treating NVG and preventing visual loss in the majority, in spite of multiple modes of medical and surgical options advocated over the years and claims made.
