翼状胬肉发病机制的分子生物学研究进展

摘    要:翼状胬肉是一种常见的眼表疾病,大量的流行病学研究显示其与紫外线的照射有关,但其确切的发病机制还不清楚,发病机制的研究是有效治疗和预防翼状胬肉发生和复发的关键,目前就国内外在细胞凋亡抑制、氧化应激、细胞因子和生长因子以及基质金属蛋白酶方面的研究进行综述。

Abstract:Pterygium is a common ocular surface disorder.The increased incidence of pterygium is due to UV-B/sunlight exposure,but the underlying biological mechanisms have not been well understood.Understanding the biochemical process might be the key to treat and prevent pterygium and to decrease the recurrence rate.In this paper,the current knowledge on pterygium pathogenesis including anti-apoptotic mechanisms,cytokines,growth factors,oxidative stress and matrix metalloproteinases is summarized.
