干眼症96例病因分析

目的:分析干眼症的发病原因,探讨干眼症的防治措施。方法:对96例干眼症患者的致病原因进行回顾性临床分析,以泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色结果为诊断标准。结果:干眼症患者96例中长期过量使用多种眼药者23例,长期配戴接触镜者9例,合并类风湿关节炎者9例,患口腔干燥症者4例,神经受损者4例,长期应用免疫抑制剂者2例,外伤及手术后14例,原因不明者31例。结论:症状是干眼症的临床依据,应结合实验室检查和全身系统情况综合分析。

Analysis of causes of 96 cases With ophthalmoxerosis

AIM:To explore the prevention and treatment measures of the opthalmoxerosis by analyzing the causes.· METHODS:The causes of 96 cases with ophthalmoxerosis were reviewed.The diagnosis criteria were the results of lacrimal secretion test,tear film breakup time,and cornea fluorescein.staining.· RESULTS:The 96 cases with ophthalmoxerosis include 23 cases who used various types of eyedrops excessively and long term,9 cases who wore corneal contact lens long term,9 cases who were combined with rheumatoid arthritis,4 cases who suffered from sjgren’s syndrome,4 cases who suffered from nerve damage,2 cases who used immunodepressive drugs long term,14 cases who occurred after trauma and surgery,31 cases with unexplained causes.· CONCLUSION:Symptom of ophthalmoxerosis is a clinic evidence and should be integrated into the analysis with laboratory examination and systemic conditions.
