| 摘 要： | 微创玻璃体切除手术是近年来发展比较迅速的新型玻璃体切除手术。与传统经睫状体平坦部的玻璃体切割术(20G)相比,具有手术时间短,术后恢复快等优点。为玻璃体切除手术的新选择,有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Micro-invasive vitrectomy is a new type of vitrectomy, developing rapidly in recent years. Compared with conventional 20G pars plana vitrectomy, microoinvasive vitrectomy simplifies the surgical procedure and has less invasion. Therefore, it has short operation time and patients recover fast after the surgery, which will be applied in clinic extensively. The present article reviewed the innovated surgical instruments and techniques of minimally invasive vitrectomy. |
