摘    要:干性年龄相关性黄斑变性 (AMD) 是一种与年龄高度相关的退行性眼底病变,视网膜色素上皮细胞死亡是AMD致病的主要原因。程序性细胞死亡是一类由特定基因介导并调控的细胞死亡过程,在人体生长发育和疾病发病过程中起着重要的作用。越来越多的研究表明,程序性细胞死亡在AMD的发生发展中起着关键的作用。本文对当前5种常见的程序性细胞死亡的分子机制及其与干性AMD的关系进行综述。

Abstract:Dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is a degenerative fundus disease highly related to age. The death of retinal pigment epithelium is the main cause of AMD. Programmed cell death is a kind of cell death mediated and regulated by specific genes. It plays an important role in human growth and development as well as disease occurrence and progression. A great number of studies have shown that programmed cell death plays a key role in the occurrence and development of AMD. This paper reviews the molecular mechanisms of five common programmed cell death and their relationship with dry AMD.
