| 摘 要： | 新近发现的Vasohibin是一个内皮组织衍生的可被血管内皮生长因子诱导的分泌性蛋白质,它是迄今为止发现的唯一以负反馈为作用机制调节血管新生的因子。它的发现证实在血管新生的过程中也存在经典的自身调节控制机制—负反馈调节。本文就Vasohibin的结构特点、生物活性及在抑制病理性血管新生中的作用做一综述。

| Abstract: | Vasohibin,a secretary protein,is derived from endothelial tissue and induced by vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).It is the only one factor which has been found up to now that regulates angiogenesis by means of negative feedback as the mechanism of action,which confirms that classic self regulation control mechanism-negative feedback regulation is also existed in the process of angiogenesis.This article reviews the construction features and biological activities of vasohibin,and its effects of inhibiting pathology angiogenesis. |
