| 摘 要： | 氧化还原反应是人体最基本的生化反应,对细胞生命活动产生着重要的影响。当机体遭受有害刺激导致氧化应激时,机体、组织、细胞受到一系列损伤。眼睛是位于体表的器官,易于受到各种理化因素影响导致氧化应激。本文介绍氧化应激机制在眼科眼表疾病、青光眼、白内障、糖尿病视网膜病变研究中的一些最新进展以及关于抗氧化的最新研究,为眼科疾病的研究以及防治提供方法及思路。

| Abstract: | Redox reaction is a basic biochemical reaction in human body,which is essential for cells living.However,when the body is stimulated by harmful factors which cause the oxidative stress,the body,tissues and cells will be injured.Eyes are the superficial organs that are easily to be hurt by the physicochemical factors that will lead to the oxidative stress.In this review,the recent advances of oxidative stress in ocular disease such as the pterygium,glaucoma,cataract and diabetic retinopathy are introduced,meanwhile,the anti-oxidation of some chemical substances are introduced to provide new ideas on the prevention and treatment of ocular diseases. |
