| 摘 要： | 随着对周细胞生理，生化的研究进展，研究者们发现视网膜细血管周细胞与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系越来越密切，通过对周细胞的研究有助于阐明糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机理，从而为防治糖尿病视网膜病变提供一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | Pericytes, which are contractile cells located on the outer wall of microvessels, are thought to be particularly important in the retina where the ratio of these cells to vascular endothelial cells is the highest of any tissue. Elevated awareness of pericytes and increasing information obtained via investigation of them in vitro will undoubtedly lead to a better understanding of their roles in the mechanism of diabetic retinopathy and help find a new method to prevent diabetic retinopathy. |
