泪道激光联合U型管置管治疗泪道阻塞

目的 评价XH-YAG泪道激光联合泪道U型硅胶管置管治疗各型泪道阻塞的疗效.方法 各型泪道阻塞162例(186眼).进行XH-YAG泪道激光联合U型硅胶管置管术.结果 单纯泪点闭锁3眼,治愈3眼；单纯泪小管阻塞24眼,治愈22眼,好转2眼；单纯泪总管阻塞57眼,治愈48眼,好转6眼,无效3眼；鼻泪管阻塞63眼,治愈51眼,好转7眼,无效5眼；泪小管和泪总管阻塞37眼,治愈26眼,好转8眼,无效3眼；泪小管、泪总管和鼻泪管阻塞的2眼,治愈2眼.总治愈率为81.72％.结论 泪道激光联合泪道U型硅胶管置管治疗各型泪道阻塞效果良好.

Lacrimal obstruction treated with XH-YAG laser and "U" tube intubation

Objective To evaluate the effect of lacrimal obstruction treated with XH-YAG laser and ＂U＂ tube intubation. Methods 162 cases （ 186 eyes） of various types of lacrimal duct obstruction treated with XH-YAG laser combined with ＂U＂ silicone tube intubation. Results Punctum atresia in 3 eyes, 3 eyes cured; 24 were of obstruction of lacrimal canaliculus, among which 22 were cured and 2 were improved ; 57 were of obstruction of main lacrimal common canaliculi, among which 48 were cured and 6 were improved, 3 eyes were invalid; 63 were of obstruction of nasolacrimal duct, among which 51 were cured and 7 were improved, 5 eyes were invalid; the lacrimal canalicular and lacrimal common canaliculi occlusion in 37 eyes, among which 26 were cured and 8 were improved, 3 eyes were invalid; Lacrimal passages obstruction in 2 eyes, 2 eyes were cured. The total cure rate was 81.72%. Conclusion XH-YAG laser combined silicone tube intubation in the treatment of lacrimal obstruction effect is good
