| 摘 要： | 目的 短时间内使千余例白内障患者复明。方法 采用现代白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入。结果 脱盲率96.3%，脱残率65％，并发症8％。结论 0.03%碘伏结膜囊冲洗灭菌疗效确切，球周或筋膜囊内麻醉可达止痛目的，无不良并发症，现代白内障囊外摘出及国产人工晶状体植入适应广大农村患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To regain the sight of more than one thousand patients with cataract in a short time.Methods The modern extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were used.Results The unilateral recovery rate from blindness was 96.3%,from was 65%.The rate of complication was 8%.Conclusions Cleaned the conjunctiva sac by using 0.03% Iodophor has a dramatic effectiveness on sterilization.Peribulbar anesthesia or subconjunctival anesthesia can get results of analgesia.No intraoperative complication happened.ECCE combined with domestic IOL is beneficial to patients with cataract in rural area. |
