| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后影响视力的因素。方法 对94例118眼进行术后1月至1年随访观察。结果 矫正视力1．0以上者38眼（32％）。0．5以上96眼（81％），主要影响视力的因素；角膜水肿及失代偿、后发性白内障、前段葡萄膜炎及脉络膜脱离。结论 超声乳化是一种较好的手术方法、术中操作损伤小、减少了并发症，对提高视力有极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the factors that influence the visual acuity(VA) after intraocular lens(IOL) implantation with phacoemulsification.Methods A 1 month to 1 year following up study of 94 cases (118 eyes) who have implanted IOL.Results In the 118 eyes,corrected VA of 38 eyes(32%) is 1.0 or better,96 eyes (81%) is 0.5 or better.The factors influence the VA after implantation including corneal edema and decompensation,after cataract,uveitis and choroid detachment.Conclusions The results indicate that the phacoemulsification performed on eyes with cataract was one better way,reducing complication during operation are the key to improve VA after cataract surgery |
