Aangio-OCT测量无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者神经纤维层及黄斑厚度

摘    要:目的:用血流成像相干光断层成像术( Angio-OCT)测量无视网膜病变糖尿病患者视网膜神经纤维层( RNFL)厚度和视乳头( ONH)参数、黄斑区神经节细胞复合体( GCC)厚度,并进行分析。方法临床病例系列研究。对2014年12月至2015年8月在解放军306医院眼科就诊的27例(54只眼)散瞳眼底照像诊断为无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者,用Angio-OCT检查受试者视盘形态学参数,整体平均RNFL厚度( RNFL-Avg)、上方平均RNFL厚度(RNFL-Sup)、下方平均RNFL厚度(RNFL-Inf)、整体平均GCC厚度(GCC-Avg)、上方平均GCC厚度(GCC-Sup)、下方平均GCC厚度(GCC-Inf)。结果 Angio-OCT测得的视盘形态学参数:视盘面积=(2.24±0.314)mm2,盘沿面积=(1.45±0.4)mm2,视杯容积=(0.11±0.09)mm3,杯盘比=0.327±0.1,杯盘纵比=0.47±0.16,杯盘横比=0.76±0.58;整体平均RNFL厚度(RNFL-Avg)(102.35±13.50)μm,上方平均RNFL厚度(RNFL-Sup)(104.20±14.475)μm,下方平均RNFL厚度(RNFL-Inf)(100.31±13.55)μm;整体平均GCC厚度(GCC-Avg)(105.02±26.45)μm,上方平均GCC厚度(GCC-Sup)(104.06±23.25)μm,下方平均GCC厚度(GCC-Inf)(106.07±32.28)μm。结论 Angio-OCT能更精确的观察糖尿患者视盘周围RNFL厚度及GCC厚度,为客观评价提供可靠的检测手段。

Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and macular ganglion cell complex measured with Angio-OCT
Abstract:Objective To investigate optic disc, retinal nerve fiber layer ( RNFL) thickness and macular ganglion cell complex ( GCC) in diabetic patients without retinopathy.Methods A total of 54 eyes of 27 diabetic patients were ex-amined with Angio-OCT between December 2014 to August 2015 in PLA No.306 Hospital.Optic disc parameters, average RNFL thickness, superior and inferior RNFL, average GCC thickness, superior and inferior GCC were measured.Results Average optic disc area was 2.24 ±0.314 mm2 .Rim area was 1.45 ±0.4 mm2 .Cup volume was 0.11 ±0.09 mm3 . Cup-disc ratio was 0.327 ±0.1, and vertical and horizontal ratios were 0.47 ±0.16 and 0.76 ±0.58, respectively.Aver-age RNFL thickness was 102.35 ±13.50μm.Superior and inferior RNFL were 104.20 ±14.475μm and 100.31 ±13.55μm, respectively.Average GCC thickness was 105.02 ±26.45 μm, and superior and inferior GCC were 104.06 ±23.25μm and 106.07 ±32.28μm, respectively.Conclusion Angio-OCT is a sensitivity way to observe the structure change of the retinal nerve fiber layer ( RNFL) and macular ganglion cell complex in diabetic patients with no retinopathy.It provides an objective way to assist the evaluation of optic nerve function.
