| 摘 要： | 目的探讨视网膜光凝联合口服碘剂（沃丽汀）治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的有效性和安全性。方法对50例DR患者应用视网膜光凝联合口服碘剂治疗，观察其疗效及副作用。结果沃丽汀对治疗玻璃体出血有明显疗效，对眼底出血的吸收疗效尤为明显，由于玻璃体混浊、眼底出血及／或视网膜渗出的吸收，大约25．3％的患者用药后提高了视力。不良反应方面，本组患者使用3个月，只有1例患者发生了轻度的胃肠不适，不良反应的发生率2％。结论沃丽汀是一种安全有效的促进玻璃体混浊、视网膜渗出及出血吸收的药物。联合视网膜光凝治疗DR疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigave the safety and efficacy of using retinal laser and Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine(LBD) as the treatment for diabetic retinopathy.Methods 50 patients with diabetic retionopathy were enrolled . LBD were taken orally as well as pan-retinal photocongulation were applied.Results LBD and retinal laser were effective treatment for vitreous hemorrage in the patients of diabetic retinopathy.
