摘    要:目的研究观看2D/3D电视对人眼视觉质量的影响,探索视觉疲劳与人眼波前像差之间的对应关系。方法实验研究。健康成年人30例,分别观看2D或3D同一内容的影片,3D任务又分成配戴A、B两款偏振式3D眼镜(A款光学指标优于B款),收集观看任务前后的全眼波前像差数据,其中包括调制传递函数(MTF)、高阶像差均方根(RMS)值等。采用单因素方差分析对各组间的均值进行比较。结果3D-B状态下MTF变化量最大,即观看后MTF有变小的趋势。2D、3D-A、3D-B组间两两比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);高阶像差在3种测试条件下,仅有RMS3和RMS4在3D-A和3D-B状态间差异存在统计学意义(F=0.293、0.044,P<0.05)。垂直彗差在2D/3D条件下变化量均为负值,2D、3D-A和3D-B状态间两两差异均存在统计学意义(F=0.025,P<0.05)。结论2D或3D的影片刺激会导致人眼视觉质量的变化,未来可基于人眼波前像差的指标变化进行3D电视视觉舒适性的评价。

Abstract:Objective To study the impact on human visual function after viewing 2D/3D television;to explore the corresponding relationship between visual fatigue and human wavefront aberrations.Methods Thirty healthy adults were recruited for this research study.They watched the same film on 2D and 3D television but they wore two types of polarized 3D glasses for the 3D task-type A and type B (the optical index of type A was better than type B).Wavefront aberrations of the subjects was recorded before and after the visual task,included the modulation transfer function (MTF),root mean square (RMS) of higher order aberrations amplitude,etc.A single factor analysis of variance was used to conpare values between the groups.Results The MTF variation was maximized when watching 3D television with type B glasses (3D-B),so the MTF tended to diminish after watching the film.The differences between 2D,3D-A and 3D-B condition were significant (P<0.05).In the three test conditions,there were significant differences in RMS3 and RMS4 comparisons between 3D-A and 3D-B condition (F=0.293,0.044,P<0.05).Vertical coma variations under the 2D/3D conditions were negative,and there were significant differences between 2D,3D-A and 3D-B condition (F=0.025,P<0.05).Conclusion The stimulation of 2D/3D film can lead to changes in visual quality,which improves the index change in wavefront aberrations.This can be used in the future for evaluating visual comfort when viewing 3D television.
