| 摘 要： | 随着分子生物学技术的发展和基因研究的不断深入,基因调控的问题越来越受到重视。已显示反义分子对基因有调控作用,以反义技术组建基因工程反义RNA或人工合成反义寡聚核苷酸,特异性地阻断基因的转录、翻译,可作为高度专一性的基因调控工具。本文对反义技术的概念及其在眼科领域中的应用作了简要介绍,以期对眼科领域的研究有所帮助。眼科学报1998;14:108—115。
