| 摘 要： | 原因不明复发性流产（URSA）是指与同一性伴侣连续发生3次或3次以上自然流产,且不存在染色体、解剖、内分泌和自身免疫异功能常以及生殖道感染等病因。生殖免疫学观点认为,正常胚胎不被母体排斥有赖于母．胎界面的免疫耐受,一旦这种免疫耐受格局被打破,将导致URSA的发生。免疫调节是一种精细、复杂、在不同水平由多因素参与的免疫生物学现象。目前国内外最新的研究也表明,
