盆腔子宫内膜异位症临床分型

摘要：子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是生育年龄妇女的多发病、常见病。内异症不同的临床分型，主要包括目前最常用的rAFS分期、盆腔深部浸润型内异症分型(包括Koninckx分型、Martin分型、Chapron分型和ENZIAN分型)，以及预测内异症不孕患者自然妊娠预后的EFI评分和AAGL最新推出的表格评分系统。同时介绍了各分型的特点和不足。到目前为止，还没有令人满意的统一的临床分型，理想的临床分型仍在继续探索中。

Classification of deep-infiltrating endometriosis

Abstract：Endometriosis is a common disease in women of reproductive age. In this article,we introduced recurrently used classification systems including rAFS staging system,which is widely used and has been extensively evaluated,staging systems for DIE such as koninckx staging,Martin staging,Chapron staging and ENZIAN staging,EFI for infertility patients and the new potential classification system AAGL tubulation system. Though there is no satisfactory clinical staging system so far,efforts trying to develop new classification system that could describe the severity and outcome of disease,predict the pregnancy outcome and the pain relapse and easy to learn are continuing.
