| 摘 要： | 通过不同代谢组学技术检测子痫前期患者血清、尿液及胎盘组织中差异代谢产物表达,提出联合多种代谢产物能够显著提高预测及诊断子痫前期的敏感性及特异性,可为子痫前期尤其是早发子痫前期的预测及诊断提供良好的生物学标志物。

| Abstract: | We detected the expression of metabolites in serum，urine and placental tissue by different metabolomic technologies.We put forward that the combination of a variety of metabolites could significantly increase the sensitivity and specificity of prediction and diagnosis of pre-elampsia，especially the early-onset preeclampsia. The study will provide good makers for the prediction and diagnosis of preeclampsia. |
