摘    要:本工作用小鼠和豚鼠的离体胚泡与子宫内膜共培养方法,为研究着床与抗着床机理提供了一个体外研究模型。子宫内膜取自妊娠小鼠第5天上午8时前和妊娠豚鼠第4天下午,分别与小鼠或豚鼠胚泡共培养。经培养2~3天后可见胚泡从透明带逸出并附着于子宫内膜,部分植入内膜。

Abstract:An attempt has been made to develop an in vitro system for the study of implantation and anti-implantation process in mice and guinea pigs. Endometria tissues were obtained from day 5 of pregnancy in mice and day 4 of pregnancy in guinea pigs. Blastocysts were collected from mice in the early morning of Day 5 of pregnancy and in guinea pigs on day 4 of pregnancy. Blastocysts were washed and allotted to the endometrial cultures. Incubation continued for 4~5 days.During the first 2 days of culture the endometrial epithelium grew to confluence and a well developed basal lamina was restored. Blastocysts in coculture with endometria, hatched from the zona pellucida, attached and some of them invaded the endometria.
