| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同冻融胚胎移植内膜的准备方法。方法:回顾性分析483个周期冻融胚胎移植内膜的准备方法,其中自然周期法(A组),195个周期,自然周期加用补佳乐周期法(B组),133个周期,人工激素周期法(C组),155个周期。结果:A、B、C组的临床妊娠率分别是31.79%(62/195),28.57%(38/133)和34.84%(54/155)。C组妊娠率高于A组和B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种内膜准备方法均可达到满意的临床效果。根据不同的患者,采用不同的内膜准备方法,可获得较好的妊娠率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explored the method of preparing endometrium frozen-thawed embryos transfer. Methods： A retrospective study of 483 cycleswas performed, including 195 nature cycles（group A）, 133 nature cycles with progynova started in middle nature cycle （group B） and 155 hormone substitution cycles（group C）. Results： The clinical pregnancy rates of group A, B and C were 31.79%, 28.57% and 34.84%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rates among the three groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Methods for preparation of endometrium depended on different individual. Fine pregnancy rate can be obtained in the three ways. |
