摘    要:为研究宫腔液中的生化组份对含铜宫内节育器 (Cu IUD)中铜离子释放行为的影响 ,在体外模拟试验条件下考察了人血液中的三种蛋白质 (白蛋白、丙球蛋白、血红蛋白 )对铜腐蚀行为的影响。极化电阻测试的结果表明 ,有蛋白质存在时总是使铜的腐蚀速度增大 ,但不同蛋白质的影响规律不同。白蛋白的浓度较小 (<1 g/ L)时 ,铜的腐蚀速度随白蛋白浓度的增大而增大 ;当白蛋白浓度较大 (>1 g/ L )时 ,增大浓度使铜的腐蚀速度反而有所减小并趋于一稳定值。而同样的测试表明 ,铜的腐蚀速度总是随丙球蛋白或血红蛋白浓度的增大而增大。这三种蛋白质都使铜在模拟宫腔液中的自腐蚀电位负移 ,说明蛋白质通过加速铜的阳极溶解过程而促进了铜在模拟宫腔液中的腐蚀。

Abstract:WT5BZ] In order to further study the performance of copper bearing intrauterine devices (Cu IUD), corrosion behavior of copper was examined in a simulated uterine fluid containing proteins. Electrochemical polarization resistance measurements indicated that in all cases under study the corrosion rate of copper declined with time and the proteins always increased the rate. Moreover, different kinds of protein showed different dependence of copper corrosion rate on protein concentration. Addition of serum albumin initially increased the corrosion rate. On the contrary, the higher albumin concentration resulted in suppression of copper corrosion. Copper corrosion rate in the presence of γ globulin or hemoglobin increased monotonically with increasing concentration of the protein. These three proteins shifted the corrosion potential of copper towards negative. It implied that the proteins accelerated the anodic dissolution process of copper and hence enhanced its corrosion.
