| 摘 要： | 本文介绍35例应用自然避孕法的妇女,在月经周期的不同时期,观察记录宫颈粘液,尿中雌、孕激素及阴道上皮细胞的核致密指数(KPI),嗜酸性指数(EI)的相关变化。结果表明:1.在卵泡期至排卵前,宫颈粘液量逐日增多,呈稀薄、透明、滑润、拉丝度大的特点。阴道上皮细胞的KPI 和EI 与宫颈粘液一样和雌激素水平呈正相关。2.排卵后,黄体期宫颈粘液量、性状、阴道上皮细胞的KPI 和EI 与孕激素水平呈负相关。本文示宫颈粘液、阴道上皮细胞的KPI 和EI 受卵巢激素的调节,具有特定的变化规律。

| Abstract: | In 35 women using Billings natural family planning method for fertility regulation,the cervicalmucus,levels of estrogen and progesterone in the urine,the Karyopyknotic Index(KPI)and EosiniphilicIndex(EI)of the vaginal cytological examination were examined daily thoutht out menstrual cycle.The results was as follows:1.In follicular stage until ovulation the cervical mucus secretion increased daily and appeared loose,clear and elastic.The KPI and EI had a positive corelationship withthe estrogen level in urine.2.After ovulation,the amount of cervical mucus,KPI and EI appeareda negative corelationship with the progesterone level in urine.This study suggested that the cervicalmucus,KPI and EI were modulaed by ovulation steroids. |
