旋动式人工流产术临床观察

目的:观察旋动式人工流产术用于终止早期意外妊娠的临床结局。方法:因非意愿妊娠要求人工流产的孕38~60 d健康孕妇360例,随机分为旋动组和吸宫组,每组180例,分别用旋动式、负压吸引式人工流产器终止妊娠。观察宫颈扩张及疼痛情况、手术时间、出血量、完全流产率及抽样病理检查等项目。结果:旋动组对宫颈张开程度的要求、疼痛感较吸宫组明显减小;旋动式手术时间(6.0±1.1 min)远少于吸宫组(7.9±2.5 min),P<0.01,其它项目差异无统计学意义。病理结果示旋动组组织损伤小于吸宫组。结论:旋动式流产术几乎无需扩张宫颈,明显减轻疼痛,无负压产生,损伤小,安全有效。

Clinical observation of rotary abortion

Objective： To compare the difference between rotary abortion and suction abortion in the termination of early unexpected pregnancy.Methods： Three hundred and sixty healthy women in the early 38-60 d of pregnancy,were randomly divided into 2 groups of rotary group（n=180） with rotary abortion and suction group（n=180） with suction abortion.The cervical dilatation,pain,operating time,blood loss,complete abortion rate and pathological examination in random sampling were observed and recorded.Results： The cervical dilatation,pain in rotary group was significantly less than that in suction group.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the blood loss,complete abortion rate and postoperative follow-up except operating time（rotary group 7.8±2.5 min,suction group 6.0±1.1 min,P 0.001）.The tissue damage in rotary group was less than that in suction group by pathological examination.Conclusion： The rotary abortion is a safe and effective innovation used for induced abortion with the advantages of little cervical dilatation,less pain and damage as well as no negative pressure.
