手术室医院感染危险因素的防范与控制对策研究

目的讨论手术室医院感染的危险因素和质量控制效果。方法将359例手术病例随机分为两组,观察组196例接受全面质控护理措施,对照组163例接受随机常规护理,分别分析比较两组,在同样灭菌条件下的手术器械、物品的清洁、消毒和灭菌、在同等的侵入性操作、在同组医护人员配合的条件下,统计手术室医院感染率,统计分析。结果经过全面质控护理的观察组明显优于接受随机常规护理的对照组。结论手术室医院感染与手术室空气清洁度和手卫生有密切关系,会直接影响到手术室医院感染率。

Risk Facktors and the countermeasuns for Nosocomial Infection in operating Rooms

Objective The purpose is to discuss the risk factors of operating room in hospital infection and quality control results and the effect of regulatory measures. Methods 359 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into two groups, Observation group 196 cases undergo a comprehensive regulatory measures of care, Control group 153 patients receive conventional care. Two groups were compared： Surgical instruments, item cleaning, disinfection and sterile in the sterile conditions. To caculate the proportion of infection in the operating room in the same invasive procedures, and the same group of health care workers with. Results After comprehensive care. observation group was significantly better than the usual care control group. Conclution The air cleanliness and hand hygiene is closely related to the infection in the operating room. They will directly affect the operating room nosocomial infection.
