| 摘 要： | 目的分析药品不良反应的发生规律,探讨临床合理用药。方法收集2007-2009年全县各级医院上报的126例ADR报告进行分类统计。结果统计的ADR中,发现抗感染药的不良反应较多,注射用中成药在抗感染药后,也占较大比例。结论医药人员在做好ADR监测工作的同时,要分析药品不良反应的构成比,探讨药物的合理使用。

| Abstract: | Objective to analyze the occurrence of adverse drug reaction, to explore the clinical rational drug use. Methods 126 ADR cases collected hospital the county at all levels of 2007-2009 reported to classify statistics. Results the statistics of the ADR, found in many adverse reaction of anti infective drugs, use the traditional Chinese medicine inanti infective drugs after injection, accounted for a large proportion of. Conclusion medical personnel at the ADR monitoring work at the same time, form to analyze the adverse drug reaction ratio, to explore the rational use of drugs. |
